The Women In
One film opened the door
An expandable Resilient Features initiative built on a simple discovery: when women in a profession tell their own stories, the whole profession listens.
How it began
From one documentary to a continuing initiative
The success of The Women In Security Documentary revealed what can happen when a production company, an industry, and a community come together around a shared story.
Interviews became conversations. Conversations became screenings. Screenings became partnerships. Partnerships created new possibilities.
The Women In is built to grow with the professions and communities that invite it. New chapters are announced only when a partnership is confirmed.
What an initiative can include
- A feature documentary
- A 30-minute educational version
- A leadership conference and film forum
- Executive interviews
- A screening program
- Association and chapter partnerships
- University and educational programs
- Podcasts and continuing content
